Is the day coming soon when the "Right To Travel Freely" will be just a faint memory from our past? Will we soon be OBLIGATED to obtain and Carry a National ID Card? Is the Government preparing to set up checkpoints throughout the Nation, where you must stop and show your ID, or face arrest, or even possibly be shot? What is the real reason behind the training of Military Personnel in such tactics as Urban Warfare, House-to-House Searches, and Population Control? Why has the Military been training in Cities THROUGHOUT the US? Will we be TRACKED from Cradle to Grave? How could such controls ever become implemented? After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack upon America, the mindset of Americans drastically changed. According to the polls, Americans are willing to give up their Freedoms to obtain security. But who conducts these polls? And are they slanted to program people's minds to conform to public opinion? A Public Opinion, which, by the way, has been CREATED BY the mass media? A Media, who are controlled by those who are working to establish a One-World Government.
Those who are working for World Government use a technique called crisis management to bring the world closer to their objectives. Did they know about and allow the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks, so as to create a crisis? And then advertise it widely on their controlled news media - CNN, NBC, CBS, Fox News, etc., so as to frighten and panic the Nation? And lastly, will they furnish the solution? And just what is their solution, and what impact will it have on America?
The Patriot Act
Shortly after September 11, the Congress of the United States was able to draft and introduce an Anti-Terrorism Bill, which was 151 pages long. How could such a huge Bill be formulated in such a short time, covering so vast an area of matters? UNLESS, of course, the Bill was drafted long in advance of the attacks, and merely introduced afterwards. This Anti-Terrorism Bill has given police sweeping new powers, previously unthinkable in the U.S., when measured by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which protects citizens from 'unreasonable search and seizure’. This Bill signed into law, does to the U.S. Constitution, what those planes did to the World Trade Center. If you think this is exaggerated, read the section about 'Homeland Security - Internal Security Check-Points in the U.S.’ where every one of us will need to have several ID cards proving WHO we are, in order to travel. [A Springdale, Arkansas manufacturer has already been awarded a contract with the Federal Government to produce these ID cards, according to TV Channel-5 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.]
The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act
States all Across the US are adopting versions of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act.
Some of the Major Provisions:
Declaring an Emergency: Under this Act, any Governor could appoint himself dictator by declaring a "public health emergency." He doesn't even have to consult anyone. The legislature is prohibited from intervening for 60 days, after which it may terminate the state of emergency only by a two-thirds vote of both chambers. (Apparently, it does not have the authority to find that the state of emergency never really existed.) Article III, Section 305(c). There is also the possibility that the Governor could declare a new emergency as soon as his powers were about to expire. What is a public health emergency? It is whatever the Governor decides it should be. By the definition in the Act, it could be an "occurrence"--or just an "imminent threat"--of basically any cause that involves a biological agent or biological toxin that poses a "substantial risk" of a "significant number" of human fatalities or disability. Article I, Section 104(g). Terrorism need not be involved; any threat of an epidemic would suffice.
Unlimited Power: How would the Governor handle the emergency? By whatever means he chose. He is under no obligation to use scientifically valid methods, or, to choose the least destructive method, or to perform any kind of risk-benefit analysis. He may suspend any regulatory statute, or the rules of any state agency, if they would "prevent, hinder, or delay necessary action." Article III, Section 303(a)(1). Among the laws to be suspended would probably be those permitting religious, medical, or philosophical exemptions to mandatory vaccines. The Governor may not only utilize all the resources of the State and its political subdivisions, but commandeer any private facilities or resources considered necessary, and "take immediate possession thereof. Such materials and facilities include, but are not limited to, communication devices, carriers, real estate, fuels, food, clothing, and health care facilities."
Command and Control: The Act assumes that the best method to use in an emergency is force and central control. The Act empowers the Governor to ration, fix prices, and otherwise control the allocation, sale, use, or transportation of any item as deemed "reasonable and necessary for emergency response." This specifically includes firearms. Article IV Section 402(c) and Section 405(b). Moreover, the Governor can simply seize such items. Article IV Section 402(a). The Act grants Governors the exclusive power to control the expenditure of funds appropriated for emergencies; the intent and priorities set by the Legislature would be irrelevant. The Governor may delegate powers at his sole discretion to un-elected political appointees.
Criminalizing Refusal of Medical Treatment: The Act empowers the public health authority to decide upon medical treatment or immunizations and to impose its view on individuals, who are liable for a misdemeanor should they refuse. Article V Section 504(b). Although it might in some circumstances be prudent and justified to quarantine a person who refuses immunization during an outbreak, it is tyrannical to criminalize the medical choice to decline a treatment. An immunization or treatment might well cause serious harm to certain individuals even if the public health authority does not recognize that it is "reasonably likely" to lead to "serious harm"--another two important undefined terms. Article V Section 504(a)(4). The Act gives the public health authority the right to isolate or quarantine a person on an ex-parte court order, with no hearing for at least 72 hours. If the public health authority decides that an unvaccinated person is a risk to others, even if uninfected, he could be quarantined. Article V Section 503(e). It is quite possible that public health authorities could force such a person from his home to a place of quarantine, where he will be exposed to infected persons. Such places shall be maintained in a safe and hygienic manner "to the extent possible," and "all reasonable means shall be taken to prevent the transmission of infection among isolated or quarantined individuals." Article V Section 503(a). The Act itself thus implies that an uninfected person is at risk by being placed in such a facility; it is quite likely that he could be at greater risk than if he had the freedom to protect himself as he saw fit. It is assumed that public health authorities will be "reasonable"; however, this assumption is questionable.

"Citizen, Can I See Your ID"
What has not been explained to the American people is the reason why 35,000 Army Reservists and 65,000 National Guard have been called up. It is to maintain internal checkpoints. It has nothing to do with the external "War on Terrorism." All of these people are being trained at the US Army School of Urban Control at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. CNN actually showed an urban training mock-up, what they're training on, and what the new Internal Security checkpoint is going to look like. It was mighty sinister looking.
There was a barrier that went across the road. To the right was an elevated shed like structure, elevated perhaps fifteen feet in the air. It had a small second story that was open. On it was a sign that read "Homeland Security Internal Checkpoint." There were sandbags and the wooden arm that crossed the road read "100% ID Checked." Then there was a small shed to the right with a small barbed wire area behind that. On this structure was a sign, which read, "All citizens not having proper identification will be detained. All foreign nationals will be detained. All citizens who are deemed to be acting in a suspicious manner will be detained." At each of these posts there will be six armed Army or National Guard reservists with M-16's with full field kit. On top of the structure to the rear, the open structure on top, there's a man with a machine gun emplacement.
They showed the actual mockup used for training purposes. They had new uniforms. They weren't in their regular uniforms. It's a new gray uniform with a gray helmet and a visor so you can't see their eyes. The only thing you can see is from their lips down because they said that's "to prevent any retribution" from people who don't like this new idea. This uniform looked exactly like the Imperial Storm Troopers from "Star Wars" except instead of white, it was gray. All the helmets have little transceivers so they can communicate with each other. There will be six guards at each internal security checkpoint. And there's another warning on the inside of the barbed wire enclosure, "Any detainees attempting to escape will be shot." It was a yellow and red sign inside the detainment area.
The only person who actually spoke on camera during this story was a sergeant, an Army Reservist sergeant. You could tell that he completely disagreed with what was going on. You couldn't hear the question being asked, but he was looking at the camera and he said, "We're here to protect the people." Then he put his head down and shook his head, and you could tell he didn't believe a word of what he was saying -- like it was some big frigging joke. Then they showed the procedure they were using to train these guys. An average American car, like a Ford or a Chevy, drives up and there's supposed to be a husband and wife in the front seat and a couple of kiddies in the back. So they drive up to the checkpoint, and the corporal comes up to the car and says, "May I see your identification, citizen."
They call everyone "citizen." I swear to God, I'm not making this up. Then the guy asks for his driver's license, then something else and something else. Then he says, "Very good, citizen." There's a spot on the gate that goes across the road that they had x-ed out. But you could tell what it said because the sergeant alluded to it. It said, "All citizens are required to present their National Identification Cards." But they left it blank as a black spray-painted out spot because the legislation for that hasn't happened yet. The big sign on the side of the one and half story shed with the machine gun nest on top said "Homeland Security Internal Checkpoint." And now we're all supposed to say "Hail the Republic." That's the new mantra. They showed a bunch of guys being trained at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, probably enlisted and reservists and such. And they kept raising up their right arm saying, "Hail the Republic."
The sergeant even said that they are duplicating the ancient Roman Legions salute to Caesar, using the right arm upraised with the fist. Instead of "Hail Caesar," though they say, "Hail the Republic." This is what's coming. People don't believe it or people don't understand it but when 80% of the people support whatever "security" measures are necessary. What does it all mean? We all better start worrying when George Bush starts to play the fiddle.
Congress will be giving the Administration extraordinary wartime authority -- pursuant to all remaining legislation. In other words, they will simply allow the Administration to act under pending statutes. They are simply going to transfer to the Administration emergency wartime power to act under bills, which are still pending, even though they haven't been passed. The implication is that we will be under a de-facto state of martial law soon. There are 100,000 military being trained for these internal security checkpoints. When they were showing the lines of enlisted and reserve people being trained in this camp, with M-16s in their hands, I can tell you I don't think any of them would hesitate to shoot at American citizens. I think they're being indoctrinated. The indoctrination they're going through is obvious. The drill sergeant is telling the enlisted people that they are being given extraordinary authority that "your job is to protect the security of the State at all costs."
There is a direct parallel between the old Soviet Union and the East Bloc and what we are doing. We are establishing internal travel restrictions on the American people. We are essentially following the Soviet textbook. In the Soviet Communist Bloc, for example, there were checkpoints in every city. You had to have what's called an "internal travel visa." You had to have that visa stamped at every checkpoint in every city. Then they checked you out at every entrance to every city. Then if you checked out, they would affix a visa stamp and charge you ten marks for it. It was a real racket. What will be interesting to see is what kind of a racket is going to go along with these internal security check -points. In other words, how much of a "toll" are they going to charge? They're going to have to do something to pay for all of this and one of the obvious ways to pay for it would be to charge everyone a one or two dollar "toll."
And this is what we should be looking forward to - toll booths around the nation. They're not saying this yet, but obviously in an effort to pay for this, there's going to be some sort of a "security tax." Since this system is incredibly cumbersome (having to stop every single vehicle and check identification) and we've been taught to be suspicious of driver's licenses because it's so easy to obtain false driver's licenses, the implication is that national security cards are the only thing that will eventually be accepted as identification. The further implication is that in order to accommodate traffic (this will create traffic jams miles and miles long), there would be a separate line for those carrying pre-approved internal visas whose allegiance to the government has already been checked.
The sergeant on the news report said that all the people involved (100,000 military people) are being forced to swear new loyalty oaths to the United States. He just mentioned the government's overall policy, which Bush talked about last week, that all federal civilian employees are going to have to take new oaths of allegiance to the "Republic." And that extends to some members of the military who will be involved in internal security. Surprisingly enough all these border checks, you would think, would be handled directly by the military - or under the auspices of the military. They're not. They're under the auspices of "Homeland Security." What it means is that you have 100,000 troops (reservists and national guards people) based in the United States, which will be seconded to the Office of Homeland Security. Their ultimate jurisdiction is being transferred from the Department of Defense to the Office of Homeland Security. In other words, the Office of Homeland Security is gaining a militarized division of 100,000 troops. It's finally getting some of the liberals nervous. But it's coming. Day after day, they're showing polls that seventy to eighty percent of the American people are prepared to approve whatever security measures are "necessary" to "fight terrorism."

December 17th – Navy Petty Officer Wellington Jimenez walked into the identification room at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn one day recently and gave his name, rank and fingerprint. In return, he got a token of the future: A plastic ID card embedded with a computer chip. THE CARD - with two photos, two bar codes, a magnetic stripe and the etched gold chip, looks like a driver's license on steroids. More than 120,000 active duty military personnel, selected reserves, Defense Department civilians and some contractors have received the cards in recent months. About 4 million are to be issued over the next two years. When Jimenez sits down at a computer on his next ship, the USS George Washington, he will slip the card into a device that will electronically scramble, or encrypt, his e-mail to prevent outsiders from reading it. The same card will automatically give him access to secure rooms across the world. At a military hospital, its chip will one day summon his medical records. Used as a debit card, it may even buy him a sandwich at the base cafeteria. And more than ever before, the cards will enable Defense Department officials to look into their databases and KNOW the doorways he passes through, the computer he accesses, the doctor he sees..."
The high-tech IDs, the latest in 'smart cards', were designed for tracking personnel across the globe and running more secure and efficient military operations. But now they are models for something that was UNTHINKABLE before Sept. 11: NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS FOR ALL CITIZENS. Almost from the day the planes hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, members of Congress, security experts and high-tech executives have endorsed the idea of some NEW form of identification system as critical weapon in the fight against terrorism [their solution]. They believe the cards, linked to giant databases, would be invaluable in preventing terrorists from operating under assumed names and identities. Any such proposals in the past [were] founded on a distrust of CENTRALIZED government as old as the American Republic. Opponents raised the specter of prying bureaucrats with access to databases full of personal information, of Gestapo-like stops on the street and demands to produce papers, and the kind of unchecked police authority that would erode Constitutional protections.
The nation's new consciousness of terrorism, a product of both the FEAR and anger engendered by Sept. 11, has markedly changed the way Americans think about security, surveillance and their civil liberties. For many people the trade-off of less privacy for more security now seems reasonable. There will be every justification to impose this system upon the American people. They will also develop arguments to silence all who oppose this new ID system. The book 1984 disclosed the controlled society they are seeking to achieve -TRACK EVERY PERSON FROM BIRTH TO DEATH!!! The book 1984 was written by a Socialist. This is the same system that former President George H.W. Bush called “The New World Order” 210 times from 1990-1992. It is the same system that is prophesied in the entire 13th Chapter of Revelation. The signposts of "Lost Rights" are everywhere!

What I have touched on here is just the tip of the Iceberg! There is so much more going on. Those of us fortunate enough to have seen through the Lies and Deception have precious little time left to awaken those still asleep! Will we succeed?
