The advancement of technology has been a benefit for defense in periods
of war. However, in recent times many revelations on the horrific misuse
of applied scientific technology are becoming readily known.
Some
major areas of unregulated and unethical applications are in the field
of human experimentation, covert psychological warfare and remote electronic
harassment. It has progressed into the use of computer operated remote
electromagnetic weapons using Microwave, ELF (extremely low frequencies),
Infrasound, Ultrasound, and other "remotely" generated electronic
signals from the field of physics, not commonly known to the public.
Declassified
documents since 1994 show that Government sanctioned radiation experiments
were conducted between 1944 and 1974 on ill-informed military personnel,
prisoners, and citizens. In April 1953 the CIA began the infamous MK-Ultra
program. This program had to do with experimentation in the area of psychological
and biological warfare and behavioral control. These illegal past activities
can be equated to the illegal radiation experiments.
A prominent event from this era was the death of Dr. Frank Olson, an army
chemical corp specialist (airborne delivery of disease), who was reported
to have had a drink laced with LSD. This toxic exposure to him is believed
to have caused his leaping out a window of the old Statler hotel in New
York City (Nov. 19, 1953).
Although these secret intelligence agency experiments and unethical activity
went to the attention of Senate hearings in 1977 this did not provide
for a complete stoppage of these activities. In brief, these projects
continued under different names and with the utilization of personnel
from more secret sources such as contracted industrial sectors and other
secret sub-agencies within agencies. Project names where changed, for
example MK-Ultra became MK-Search, and so on.
Some objectives of government research with electromagnetic frequencies
combined with computer-brain interface technology is to develop mind control
weapons that meet or surpass the enemies’ mind control weapons
program. Other motives of such activities seem obscure and range from
illegal electronic intrusions and harassment to other sinister agendas.
As with the testing of radiation, the study of computer-brain interface
and EMF technology is now explored in the same unethical way. The use
of unwitting or non-consented subjects or victims are being exposed to
this experimentation without the concerns or limits of proper experimentation
committees. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND ATTENDED TO.

The dangers are obvious, these weapons and devices interfere with the
human mental process and modify behavior and emotional response. Some
of these studies might pertain to studying created disassociative disorders,
or other disorders from these signals.
Also, remember that this technology is also a system of intimidation and
control that can be used as an economic or political influencing device.
This technology and equipment, mostly derived from military-industrial
research, has been known to leak or filter into outside hands and is available
on the black market.

own and other life forms? I think it is a different story for people who
are in power. (And it’s mainly the people in power who are the
ones who have access and create these technologies.) When I look to humanity's
history from the perspective of those in power against those they rule,
all I see is senseless death, murder, fear and control using all the means
necessary including the most advanced technology available in order for
those in power to keep their control. Nazi concentration camps (Nazi scientists
helped develop these technologies), the millions of deaths under state
communism (state capitalism), the murder of many peoples for the expansion
of globalization, not to mention the history of constant exploitation
of the working class by the state and capital, the use of murder and intimidation
against activists by COINTELPRO, just too name a few of the more obvious
in humanity's very recent history. I think those in power would very well
use these technologies for their purpose to harm to control and they do.”

action lawsuit against such extreme abuse by government etc. of modern

There is a new website up specifically for those affected (but also for
those concerned) by government surveillance psyops tactics as well as
constant harassment by "non-lethal" weapons (used against the
person surveillanced.)
The capitalist media has mentioned "non-lethal" weapons only
in terms which will mainly be used in the future to disperse crowds etc.
But not surprisingly they fail to mention the ruling class and their federal
agencies presently use such "non-lethal" technology--somewhat
covertly--as a horrific form of extreme control against those they surveillance
to 'unencourage' the person they are surveillancing from doing what the
their government disagrees with (mainly those who are government whistle
blowers, prisoners, activists etc.)
The ruling class use such technologies on those they surveillance to make
those surveillanced feel pain when the person goes or does or expresses
emotions the surveillancers do not approve of. (What they might not approve
of is letting the person surveillanced relax, sleep, have sex, be happy
etc.) The ruling class (FBI and other agencies) also do not only spy (as
capitalist media suggests) on those they surveillance but interfere with
the person’s life through their use of psyops surveillance tactics
and "non-lethal" (extreme control) weapons. (Basically an updated
version of government Cointelpro tactics.) The ruling class know such
tactics and weapons will most likely not be accepted by the general American
public (through such tactics and weapons being extreme forms of human
rights abuse and goes against much of their Constitution which they are
supposed to follow) and therefore deny using such tactics and more specifically
such weapons when accused by the exploited. In the words of Metz and Kievit:

It is an extreme form of policing and control which much of the public
does not know of (which is also intended to make it difficult for those
