Why is the Federal Reserve so secretive in the way they make policy? In critical decision-making, Dr Robert Auerbach of Barron’s Magazine stated that the Federal Reserve Bank’s minutes are destroyed or heavily edited.
One must put it down to (another) diabolical scheme of the rulers of the world: “social engineering.” These elite realized “that it was only a matter of time, only a few decades, before the general public would be able to grasp and upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new silent-weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as they were for providing a private utopia.” -- From an introductory programming manual Operations Research Technical Manual TM-SW7905.1.
We are in the 25th year of a Third World War, which is called the “Quiet War” by the social engineers of the global elites. This war is designed on energy science principles for economic slavery, war and world control. We can very much induce that the Federal Reserve Bank, controlled by a closed group of financial institutions (see Schauf’s article above), requires its secrecy from public scrutiny due to the fact it basis its economic and national policies on the Operations Research Technical Manual which is unequivocally against the interests of a nation’s citizens, and the interests, well being and evolution of humanity as a whole.
3. The Global Elite’s “Social Engineering” Document. A document that is classified as “Top Secret,” dated May 1979, and found July 7 1986 -- inadvertently making its way into the public domain in an IBM copier that had been purchased at a surplus sale.
The document is incredibly diabolical in its nature, and would be hard to believe, except the secret, quiet conditioning and programming that has been enforced by the global elite over the last few decades, and which is still being carried out in the present day on society, is the tell-tale authenticity of the document. One could simply view the rest of the articles in this Menu to see that the global elite's plan of social subversion and societal automation is well and alive and on the way to becoming a reality. As the document is lengthy, and quite technical in some areas, a brief synopsis of the key points and concepts has been made in bold letters to give the reader a checklist of events and facts as they can be confirmed through their own mental faculties against the world-reality they have been made to live in. The Federal Reserve Bank had been described by Congressman, Louis T.
